Pertemps is seeking several Administrators to join a number of clients - from entry level to experienced.
Administrator job details:- Salary: £22,000 +
- Full time
- Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 or could be flexible
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will be organised, have excellent attention to detail, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:- Provide administrative support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Key in important data into the system
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and hard copy.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications needed for the Administrator:- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
